Casa Encanto is a brand new, 4500 square foot luxury beachfront home in Playa Saladita, a 10-minute walk from the best left-hand point break in all of Mexico. A getaway for up to 10 people, Casa Encanto is breezy, modern and tastefully with a private infinity pool, soaring windows and wide open spaces. This unique property can be combined with a sister property next door for a total of 16 guests. The space This home includes 4 bedrooms, all with air-conditioning, each with a unique angle: - Master suite with king bed, cathedral ceilings, and an indoor/outdoor shower offering a view of the beach as you bathe - A second beachfront master downstairs with king bed and a private terrace next to the pool - A two-room suite with a queen bed and a connected office with available air mattress - A flexible beach view bedroom with 2 twin beds that can be combined into an king Casa Encanto is designed for maximal indoor-outdoor living. The main level has a wall of sliding glass doors that can be fully opened. The expansive deck boasts a private infinity pool, loungers, hammocks, and a daybed. The second floor also has an impressive, shaded deck with a lounge space and hammock. At sunset, make your way up to the rooftop deck for an unparalleled view of the entire Saladita beach. The flat beachfront lawn is entirely soft grass and flowering plants, perfect for group gatherings. The kitchen is fully stocked including a toaster, coffee maker, blender, and all new appliances. High-speed satellite internet (Starlink) with wi-fi is included. We also provide fresh drinking water and daily maid service (except for Sundays). Our property manager and cleaning staff will meet you on site to ensure you’re well taken care of – we can help arrange transportation/taxis, boat rides, massages, and hiring a local chef for your group (a highly recommended treat!). Other things to note Fly into Zihuatanejo/Ixtapa international airport, and in a short 45 minute drive you'll be beachside. While there is sandy beach for much of the year right in front, during parts of the year Saladita beach is lined with pebbles, so a pair of flip flops is helpful when walking to the surf break. There are a few submerged rocks in the break immediately in front of the home, so for young kids we recommend walking down the shore a few minutes to sandier beach. Our grassy lawn in front of Casa Perla del Mar and Casa Encanto is perfect for hosting group events. If you are planning an event, please reach out to us prior to booking to discuss.
