Just blocks from downtown, this Main Street unit is perfect for a weekend with friends, family vacation, or a couples' getaway! We are proud owners of this 1920 building and take pride in the remodel we have done. This unit has a fun adventure theme to it. Guests are able to use the backyard for gatherings, yard games. The Hideaway is located next door to a prominent trolley stop, and also a restaurant serving breakfast/lunch. Please check out my other listings if this does not fit your needs. The space Welcome! * If you have pets staying, please read the pet policy below and update your reservation accordingly. If you are having issues with booking your dates, please message me and I will assist you. * For future bookings, there will not be checkin or checkouts permitted on Saturdays. This unique apartment is perfect for a group to stay. Both the front and back bedrooms have individual access points. The front bedroom has a King bed, and the living room space that has a couch fold down. It connects to a vanity/sink area, and a bathroom with tub/shower combo and toilet. The second room has a Queen bed, and is the same room as the kitchen area, and second bathroom. This is set up studio style, meaning it is all together in one room. This newly installed kitchenette has an electric range, full sized fridge/freezer, sink, microwave, coffee pot, utensils, plates, and cooking items for up to 6 guests. Provided are basic everyday items like soap and sponges for dishes, trash bags, Folgers coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, and cleaning supplies, should they be needed. I have two bigger houses in Deadwood with Private hot tubs available for Airbnb as well! :) Guest access Guests have 2 parking spots in a private lot directly across the street, use of front deck, and use of a shared back yard with my other Airbnb units. Other things to note Deadwood Rentals Pet Policy We welcome dogs only at select properties with the following guidelines. Cats and other animals are not permitted at any Deadwood Rentals properties under any circumstances. • A non-refundable fee of $100 per stay applies for up to two dogs, with a maximum weight of 30 lbs per dog. • Prior to booking, you must provide a description of your dog(s) for pre-approval. • Pets that shed must remain off furniture and beds to maintain cleanliness. • For the safety and comfort of your pets, we strongly recommend kenneling when you are away from the property. • If your dog’s barking disturbs neighbors or other guests, alternative arrangements will be required. • Guests are financially responsible for any carpet cleaning or damage caused by pets, including professional steam cleaning if needed. • Any pet not approved in advance will result in a minimum $200 charge. • Excessive shedding or additional cleaning needs will result in added cleaning fees. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests. Property is 100% non smoking. Smoking in property will result in $250 charge. You have pre-paid for 2 hours of cleaning time. Units left overly dirty, will be charged $40 per hour for additional cleaning time. Late check outs will result in a minimum $100 fee, if not discussed and approved by host. Please do not move any of the furniture. Any damages will result in additional charges for parts, labor and or replacement.
