Architect-designed, newly built cabin/waterfront house

In the idyllic and beautiful Sykkylvsfjorden lies a newly built cabin/waterfront house, high standard, right on the waterfront. Quiet, peaceful, with stunning views of fjords and mountains, less than 10 m from the waterfront. 70 m2 plus large room at the jetty level. Unique design, large window surfaces, and rooms on multiple levels. One bedroom with a double bed, and a large sofa bed in the loft/TV room. Tiled bathroom by bedroom. The lower floor with double gate, view of the fjord, and with its own toilet/laundry room and fridge/freezer. The space Rorbua is located right on the waterfront with nice swimming and fishing opportunities. It is built with four "half floors", front and rear part of the building. Level 1- The bottom floor has an exit through two large gates right to the jetty. Here there is a large living room, ideal for socializing if you are a larger group. Level 2 - Contains bedroom and tiled bathroom with shower. Level 3 - The living room has glass throughout the front, with stunning views of the fjord and surrounding mountains. Level 4 - Loft, half a floor above the living room, which has a TV and a large sofa bed. The area around the house has amazing hiking opportunities, summer and winter. This is the heart of the Sunnmørsalpene, with amazing mountains for hiking or skiing. Amazing conditions for cross-country skiing and powder snow in winter, and only 15-20 minutes to the nearest ski lift. I can recommend downloading the "Norgeskart" app. It shows hiking trails in the area. If you are going to mountain areas without telephone coverage, you can download on the phone a map section for the area in question. GPS works without phone coverage, so you can see on the map where you are at all times. "AllTrails" is also an app that can be used. No traffic noise Some guests have in advance been concerned about possible traffic noise. The road is about 60 meters from the cabin, and 20-25 meters higher in the terrain. Sound from cars is therefore not noticeable at the cabins. This is confirmed by the guests. (see reviews). Guest access Guests have access to the entire building. Other things to note There are a lot of pictures from Sykkylven and the surrounding area on the most famous information platform. Unfortunately, I am not allowed to post a link here. Search for Sykkylven and pictures. There you will see how beautiful the landscape, fjord and mountains are throughout the year. There is a fireplace in the living room, and I try to make sure there is dry wood in the basement. Great if you make sure that there is also wood left for the next guest. You can buy firewood at gas stations.
