The distance to the Zagreb Arena and Arena Center is 3.8 km, and to the strict center of Zagreb (Cvjetni Square) is 4.1 km. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (140x200), closets and a desk. In the living room there is a sofa with a bed measuring 195×135, and the height of the mattress is 11 cm. The kitchen is fully equipped - cutlery, basic spices (salt, pepper, vegetable oil, oil...), refrigerator with freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster. A washing machine and cleaning supplies are also available in the apartment. In the bathroom there is a walk-in shower with the necessary amenities (towels, hair dryer, shampoos...) The owners are not responsible for theft or negligence and the fee for the loss of the key is 50 euros. ▪︎ Guests are asked to turn off all lights, electrical appliances and turn off the taps before leaving the apartment. ▪It is strictly forbidden to bring persons who are not registered and listed on the attached reservation and documentation, and in case of misuse of the accommodation, the owner has the right to cancel the accommodation for all guests without the consequences of paying the cancellation costs. ▪It is strictly forbidden to take the owner's property outside the apartment. ▪It is not allowed to bring into the apartment easily flammable and explosive substances and substances with a strong and unpleasant smell. It is not allowed to bring into the apartment electrical appliances for which there is no consent of the host - this does not apply to personal care devices (e.g. razor, hair iron, charger...). ▪The owner is not allowed to enter the apartment during the absence of guests except in case of emergency and prevention of possible damage or danger, and then the owner is obliged to inform the guest in the first case. ▪︎We do not accept pets. ▪In the event of any damage to the property, the guest is obliged to inform the owner and settle the damage. ▪Smoking is allowed only on the balcony, NOT in the apartment.
