The amenities of this modern apartment include free access to the pool, beach, parking, and Wi-Fi. The space Cozy and inviting, this one bedroom unit features a luxurious queen -size bed, providing a perfect space to relax and recharge. Its serene ambiance and well-thought-out design ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. The TV receives local and cable TV channels; it has a comfortable sofa, so the apartment is perfect for couples or a small family. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle and kitchenware. Necessary amenities like washing machine, air conditioning, drying rack, iron and ironing board are provided. Things to note: parking is available right by the building’s entrance. Guest access QR codes permits and check-in instructions are shared automatically 24h before arrival. Check-in 14:00 & Check-out 11:00 Early / Late check-out can only be confirmed 24h before your arrival / departure. Our guests have free access to Mangroovy Beach & pool by showing reservation confirmation email. As well access to Outdoor Gym by the beach & mini kids area. Other things to note Swimming Pool hours are from 9 am to Sunset. Using the pool outside working hours results in fines by El Gouna. -In line with Egyptian law, if one partner holds Egyptian nationality, an official marriage certificate is required. (Unofficial or “Orfi” documents are not accepted). Non-Egyptian passport holders do not need to provide a marriage certificate. -All guests' names and IDs/Passports to be sent upon booking confirmation or maximum before 72 hours before Check-in for Gouna QR code gate entry. (If disapproved by community security, the guest should initiate the cancellation and will be fully refunded) -El Gouna entrance permits are not issued to tenants under the age of 21 unless they are accompanied by a legal guardian.
