The space Apartment of 45 square meters, on a high floor, quiet, very well-equipped. The bedroom windows with roller blinds face north and east. The bedrooms have beds with 140x200 and 160x200 mattresses and small desks for work. In the living room there is a fold-out corner sofa with sleeping space for two people, TV with several TV programs, table and four chairs. Fully equipped kitchen, small table, DeLonghi automatic coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster. We provide coffee, dishwasher tablets and washing powder/cubes. A small balcony with a dedicated table and chair. Please read the house rules BEFORE booking. Children's facilities are available free of charge ONLY by prior arrangement - at least 5 days before arrival. Cleaning and linen change available (free every two weeks when booking 28 days) The area is quiet and peaceful, there are grocery and general stores at the bottom of the building, and a store open 24 hours a day, including on Sundays and holidays. There are several decent eateries within walking distance of the apartment.
