Other things to note We are guests on the approx. 100 hectare grounds of the Seezeit Resort between Altenhof and Joachimsthal, directly on Lake Werbellin. Nearby (about 20 m away) there is a parking space for campers. There are times when there is activity, but mostly, especially in the winter half of the year, you are alone here. If campers are nearby, consideration, as is customary at a campsite, should be a matter of course. Nearby is also a sports field. 3 beach volleyball courts are near the swimming area, which you can use, unless otherwise reserved by guests. The shared sanitary facilities are simple, partly still with GDR charm, but functional. You will also be alone there most of the year. In winter, you cannot expect temperatures there as you are used to from home. But everything works. You can make it warmer with the stove in the construction trailer. Wood is included. Overall, this offer is not for people who prefer star hotels or package tours. But it's something for people who love nature, like to improvise, are flexible and want to try something new. There is gastronomy at the bathing spot in the summer half-year, also in Altenhof and Joachimsthal all year round. But you can also cater for yourself completely in the construction trailer. The kitchen is always enough for that. You can really do a lot here. Hiking, excursions by bicycle, diving, a boat rental open in the season are also available. You can arrive by public transport.
