Loft on the Lane

The Loft on the Lane is a one bedroom flat/studio located on the second floor with a view of Grizzly Peak from the front porch. Comfortable for 2 guests and at 7 blocks from the Ashland Plaza, it's easy access to the park, food, and entertainment by foot or bicycle. The Loft on the Lane can be rented separately or at a discount with the Court on the Lane listing for those who need additional room or privacy. The space The Loft on the Lane is a lovely, furnished 1 bedroom apartment located on the second floor of the Court on the Lane. The Loft is located in the historic Skidmore district in Ashland, a quiet, residential area close to down town. The walk to Ashland's plaza is around 15 minutes or 7ish blocks. The Loft has a deck, off-steet parking, WIFI, TV and A/C. In the small living room, you will find a sofa and a dining table with 2 chairs. There is a queen bed in the bedroom. The kitchen has cook ware and dishes, a Larger mini-fridge, convection oven, and microwave. The bathroom has a shower, no tub. The deck has a bistro table, chair and a lovely view of the hills and Grizzly Peak. There is a single marked parking space reserved for the Loft on the Lane in the shared off-street parking with the Court on the Lane listing. End-of-stay cleaning is $50. Sorry, we can't accommodate pets at this time. Absolutely NO SMOKING of anything, anywhere on the premises. No parties. Guest access The Loft has a private entrance and one designated parking stall. WIFI is high speed and shared with the whole house. The WIFI modem and router are located in the Main downstairs. Trash and recycling are located next to the wood fence by the drive way. Other things to note Bikes are welcome but must be left outside, either on the porch or in the bike rack on the fence in the parking area. There is a cable, just bring your own lock.
