Nestled in the Coosawattee River Resort, River's Creekside Cabin boasts access to a multitude of amenities like an indoor pool, basketball court, tennis court, 18-hole mini golf course, arcade, and fitness center. When you aren't utilizing these fantastic perks, a private hot tub is also available for your use - right at your stay. Inside, the warm wood finishes and stone fireplace make up the spacious living room. Gather here and watch the fire dance while cozying up on the plush leather seating. The room's foosball table provides hours of entertainment. Steps from here, the full kitchen presents an updated suite of appliances, ample meal prep space, and a separate coffee bar. Follow the wilderness-themed mementos into each of the bedrooms, equally cozy with ceiling fans and quilts. The home's garage has been altered into a family room with a pool table, vintage arcade system, and Smart TV. Central air-conditioning, a bunk room, and a private washer/dryer round out the interior amenities. Under the starry night sky, enjoy the cabin's deck, firepit, and gas grill - perfect for cookouts with your loved ones. The resort has updated how guests gain access to the amenities on site. The guest will be responsible for purchasing amenity passes at the POA office. Monday-Saturday 9 am- 5 pm. Amenity passes are $59 per card. Each card allows 4 guests to use the amenities during the reservation dates. The POA only takes checks or money orders for payments. The outdoor pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day only. Fireplaces are operable from October 1st – April 15th only. House Rules Check-in time: 4:00 PM.Check-out time: 10:00 AM.All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. STR Host License #002640 No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
