Premium apartment on the farm

Our first completed apartment in old historic walls awaits you. Our memorial farm from 1872 is in a beautiful, relaxing and quiet location surrounded by meadows and fields. Despite the quiet location, it is not far to the nearest shopping (3 min. by car, 10 min. by bike). The A4 highway exits can be reached quickly in about 7 minutes. The space Our lovingly furnished apartment has one bedroom with a double bed (180 × 200) and space for a baby crib. In the living room, there is another sleeping option (90 × 200) in a corner with the option of another bed (90 × 200). Next to the apartment is a simple small room with a double bed, which can also be used. The bright, open living area with old half-timbered beams invites you to relax. Also in the living area you will find the dining area and the TV. Outside the apartment, in our vaulted room, there are also tables that you can use for your meals. The kitchen is fully equipped. You will find a fridge with freezer compartments, a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, waffle and sandwich maker, kettle and induction stove. In the bathroom you will find a nice shower, the washing area, as well as a washing machine incl. dryer. The toilet is right next door in an extra room. The apartment also has a nice walk-in closet for your clothes. The rest of the building is still under construction. If there is any craftsmanship in your booking period, we will let you know in advance. Guest access In addition to the rented apartment, our vaulted room with tables, the beverage refrigerator with a selection of beverages and the free parking spaces are also available for our guests. For children (or adults😁) we have a nice selection of games available. (Kettcar, basketball, soccer, climbing frame, sandbox, boccia, badminton, table tennis and much more.) Other things to note As a family, we are very warm, open and tolerant towards our guests and want you to feel comfortable with us. We ask that you note: Smoking is not permitted in any of the rooms. The outdoor facilities are still under construction and construction vehicles come now and then. By installing a fully biological small sewage treatment plant, it is important that things such as wet wipes, sanitary pads, etc. are disposed of in the designated trash cans. Our apartment has been furnished with a lot of love, time and money. Use things as if they belonged to you so that many guests will enjoy them.
