The private bathroom includes a bath/shower, and the bedroom offers a king-size bed, closet, and dresser. In the living room, relax on an ultra-comfy velvet sofa, with a dedicated workspace, dining table, and a smart TV with Netflix. Outside, a concrete walkway invites you to enjoy sunrise/sunset views and observe deer and birds amidst our 7 mountain-side acres, ensuring tranquility and peace. Guest access You will have access to the full 420 sq ft space, which is a private apartment located on the bottom level of our detached guest house. It includes a kitchen, bedroom, living room, and bathroom, as well as a small concrete pad on the exterior. In addition, you have full access to explore the 7 surrounding acres including two seasonal creeks that pass through the property. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE this property is located at the top of Fox Hunter Mountain. We have a gravel driveway that is somewhat steep in two parts. If you have a low-riding car that you would not want to drive briefly over a gravel driveway, you may want to reconsider your stay.
