Ideally located, it provides easy access to Porto's attractions and restaurants. Situated on the second floor, the property is conveniently accessible by lift. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV for all your favourite shows, and a dining table. The sunroom, furnished with a table and chairs, is perfect for enjoying morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essential cookware and cutlery needed to prepare delicious meals, such as a stove, oven, and microwave. For added convenience, the apartment also has a washer, drying rack, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. The bedroom offers a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. For those travelling with a baby, a crib is available for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned to ensure your comfort. Guest access Guests have access to entire property Other things to note This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before you can check into the apartment (3:00 pm). We ask all guests to fill out a registration form that will be sent after booking confirmation, which is in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, there is a fair use policy for utilities that will be applied with a limit of €80 included. For the first few days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of bath gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing detergent and garbage bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, loss of keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee.
