Aguas Verdes is located centrally on the island, which makes towns and beaches easily accessible. The space The property is located above the tennis courts in the first row , overlooking the bay and Atlantic Ocean. There is a balcony with 2 sunloungers and a small table with 4 chairs . The dining area is accessible through the double glass sliding doors and flows into the open-plan , fully furnished kitchen. The lounge is seperate and includes a 4 seater sofa and a 50 inch TV. The bedroom has a double bed and built-in cupboards. The bathroom has a power shower and a washing machine . As you walk out the front door, there is a small garden and direct access to the fenced in pool with sunloungers . The restaurant is a 2 minutes walk away Guest access I will send out a detailed video of how to get to the apartment before arrival . The car park is directly in front of the apartment and the walk with a few steps is around 30m from car park to front door.
