The space The Loft is ready to welcome you and was designed so that you can relax or work, depending on your needs. In this unit, you will have: - Compact kitchen with minibar and kitchen utensils - Coffee maker with coffee capsules - Cooktop and microwave - Dining table (2 seats) - Fast Wi-Fi, great for home office! - Smart TV with access to the main streaming apps - Air-conditioning - Bathroom with shower and hairdryer - Towels and amenities - Spices and essential items for the kitchen! Permitted hours for maintenance and works in the building are from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Guest access You will need to send your full name and ID number for pre-release and registration in the building app linked to the entrance. Upon arrival, you will be required to present a photo ID and register your fingerprint quickly at the entrance to access the building! We aim for everyone's safety! Visits are allowed with prior authorization. It is charged an extra fee for visitors, please consult us in advance =) Other things to note Clean Additional ● cleaning for long stays (towel change and garbage removal): R$ 50.00, subject to availability. ● The space is non-smoking, subject to a fine of R$ 250. Arrival at the building: ● Check-in after 3 p.m. ● Check-out by 11 a.m. Access to the building is● not allowed before check-in.
