The space The apartment is located in the center of the Podgórze district, near the Ghetto Heroes Square. Access: The apartment is located in a new outbuilding, the entrance to which is through the courtyard of an adjacent historic tenement house. The apartment is locked with an electronic lock that allows for self check-in. During the booking process, you will receive a text message with an access code. Apartment: The place is designed for a maximum of 4 people. The studio apartment consists of one living room connected to a bedroom, where you will find a double bed and a double sofa bed. Both of these zones are partially separated by a glass wall creating a warm and intimate atmosphere. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining area and a bathroom with a shower. The standard equipment includes: - washing machine, - fridge, - dishwasher, - microwave oven - coffee machine - kettle - fully equipped kitchen (cutlery, glasses, mugs, plates, pots and other tools) - iron and ironing board, - hair dryer, - bed linen and towels. - wardrobe - free Internet and cable TV with the possibility of using services, i.e. Netflix, Youtube and HBO Go (provided you have your own account). - air conditioning A portable baby cot is available on request. The apartment also has a balcony overlooking the courtyard and the street. In the area: In the immediate vicinity there are several interesting cultural sites that are worth visiting, i.e. Cricoteca, Mocak Museum or Oskar Shindler's Enamel Factory. If you want to have a good breakfast or lunch or drink delicious coffee, you've come to the right place. Transport: Public transport is very well organized, so you can easily get from here to any possible place. A penalty fee is charged for violating this rule. 2. The organization of all kinds of events in the apartment is completely prohibited. 3. Please observe the quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. 4. Do not let people you do not know into the apartment. 5. People not included in the reservation are not allowed to stay in the apartment. 6. Save energy and turn on the light or other devices if you do not need them. 7. The Lessor shall be fully liable for any damage and shall be charged with the cost of repairing it. 8. Close the windows and doors before leaving the apartment. 9. Staying in the apartment after check-out is subject to an additional fee of EUR 10. 10.
