Book your stay today! ✨ Guest access Guests will have full access to apartment "A" in the duplex, shared access to the backyard and patio, and a full driveway for two cars, equipped with EV charger. *Note: The apartment is in a property that houses other guests, so we ask that the space and neighboring property are treated with dignity and respect at all times. Please keep noise to a minimum between 8pm and 8am as per city ordinance. Pets, parties, and events are strictly prohibited. This will help us maintain peace and ensure that all of our guests have a wonderful Savannah Stay! This is a three-level apartment and you must climb 17-steps to reach the second story where two guest rooms are located. The master suite is located on the third floor. There are no bedrooms on the first floor. You can park up to two compact cars on the driveway located to the right of the brick building. Please ensure to not block the sidewalk to avoid fines. You can also park for free on the street in front of the property, on East Waldburg Street. This area is shared with other residents and it is on a first-come, first-served basis with no assigned spots. Please be aware that even though we spray for bugs on a quarterly basis, you might see palmetto bugs, wasps, and other insects during your stay. They usually come out to die, but please do your best to keep them out of the house by keeping the windows and doors shut at all times, only bringing food items to the dining room, and keeping trash in the trash can.
