Opening the stunning front entry, guests will feel immersed in another world as Nostra Palazzo is tastefully decorated with pops of color and lots of natural light shining through. In the living room, guests can relax on the comfortable sectional, take in the beautiful views of the pool and canal through the sliding glass doors, or watch a movie on the Smart TV. For guests who love to cook, this kitchen is perfect. In it, guests will find all they need to prepare the perfect meal, such as stainless-steel appliances, a toaster, cutlery, and a Keurig coffee maker. In the Master bedroom, guests will find a comfortable queen-size bed, dresser, and en-suite bathroom. In the other two bedrooms, guests will find relaxation in a queen-size bed and a set of full bunk beds. One outside guest will fall in love with the beautiful, covered pool deck. Hours will be spent enjoying the custom heated pool or in the relaxing outdoor seating. Down by the canal, guests will find a dock inviting them to go fishing or search for wildlife. Nostra Palazzo will have guests living in luxury! **This home is pet friendly for (MAX. 2) non-aggressive dogs (up to 45lbs) with prior approval and a pet fee per pet (no cats). Please note: * This home has a minimum age requirement of 25. * Electricity is charged separately for this home at the rate of $15-25 per day. This fee is collected at the time of final payment and is considered prepaid utility use. This prepayment has been included in your quote and is part of the total reservation cost. * Smoking is NOT allowed on the property. * Pack & Plays (Portable Crib) and Highchairs are available with a small rental fee. **Boat lift is not available for guest use.** Roelens Vacations is proud to partner with the city to promote recycling and make our community more sustainable and greener. The home access code will be given 2-4 days prior to arrival and after final payment and receipt of a signed rental agreement, and copy of photo ID. Other things to note You will be required to sign receipt of our Terms and Conditions for staying in one of our Vacation Homes. This can be done electronically or in person on the day of arrival. Access to the home can be restricted until you have agreed to our rental terms. RENTAL AGREEMENT TRANSACTION DIFFERENCES: The rental agreement you will receive from Roelens Vacations will vary from the amounts you are presented by Airbnb. Airbnb will collect the required 11% taxes and also a service fee. We do not see these amounts and therefore our rental agreement will only reflect the amounts we have netted from the transaction brokered by Airbnb.
