Sometimes there is fresh milk, fresh cheese made on the day, an orchard with delicious fruits, eggs taken from the chicken coop, not to mention ducks, pheasants, rabbits and guinea fowls. Only Vivo mobile phones work. The space Our farm is real. Here the main activity is livestock, but we also have some dairy cattle, chickens, ducks, pheasants, guinea fowl, quails, rabbits and horses. We breed everything. Every year a lot of new beings are born and hopefully it is possible to follow one of these incredible moments. Our organic garden is in a greenhouse - which is a little old, but works very well. From there come lettuces, broccoli, eggplants, fennel, tomatoes, zucchini, peppers and a lot more delicious things to eat and drink. The orchard, which is in front of the house, has a lot of fruits: blueberry, plums of all kinds, grape, lemon, orange, lime, blackberry, apple, pear, jabuticaba, pitanga and a lot of flavors and colors, which come and go every year. Here you will be able to experience real country life. There are 102 acres in the middle of Mantiqueira - two million four hundred and sixty-eight thousand and four hundred square meters of area. The Camanducaia River cuts through the property, which has 8 springs. There is a large waterfall and in the middle of the forest there are a few more small ones. Monkeys, pacas, toucans, owls and several incredible birds, deer, squirrels and the whole range of animals that inhabit Mantiqueira can be seen here. Next to the house there is a lake and we swim there, everyone has fun. Beyond the lake is the large waterfall, which is a 5-minute walk. All of this is within the property. The farm has 13 horses and we can arrange some tours around here. You must deal directly with our employee (agreement made directly with him, without intermediation) regarding the amounts, the route - which cannot be longer than 2 hours - and availability. The horses are used for work, so it may be that on the desired day, they are helping on the farm. The sky of Mantiqueira is a spectacle in itself. The colors of the sunset and the stars are inexplicable, you have to see it. As we are far from everything, the sky is like the ones we saw in our childhood. The cold around here is another striking feature. The house is 1400 meters high and the cucuruto (highest point) reaches almost 1700. The remoteness and the amount of forest and water that surround us make the cold something to be taken seriously around here. If you are looking for simplicity, contact with nature, country life and a good fresh cheese made by the housewife, you have just found the place.
