The location is very good: Grafenstein is nestled in an idyllic natural setting between Lake Wörthersee and Lake Klopein. The holiday apartment is located directly at the Melcherhof, a sanctuary for farm animals. Lots of greenery and forest surround the property. In just a few minutes you can reach the capital of Carinthia, Klagenfurt. You can start your day with a NESPRESSO coffee on the balcony with a view over the Melcherhof and the mountain landscape and enjoy all the beautiful amenities of this apartment. The apartment has a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 4 people and a cozy seating area with a 43 inch Smart TV. In the bedroom there is a double bed (180x200cm) and enough shelves for your clothes and luggage. In the living room there is a sofa bed (140x200cm) and also a chest of drawers for your clothes. The theme “PIG” runs through the entire apartment. Around 60 pigs live at the Melcherhof and feel very comfortable there. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and plenty of storage space. Of course we provide fresh towels and all important things such as shower gel and shampoo. Guest access The entire apartment is at your disposal. Feel like home! The large garden is for general use. There you will also find sun loungers and a table tennis table. Other things to note We provide high-quality bed linen and towels. You’ll also be welcomed with a complimentary coffee and tea starter set. You’ll receive the Wörthersee Plus Card, which offers many discounts in the region.
