Beautiful rooms overlook passing cruise ships on the Caribbean Sea just outside your window, from your balcony, or by the pool. Look-Away, we dare you. The space Look-Away is located on the third level of a hillside multi-story guest dwelling of the hilltop, Villa de Serodos. The 1.3 acre property is adorned with flowers and fruit trees, fish ponds and fountains, gardens and even a stream, designed with peace and comfort top of mind. Your suite is a two bedroom, each bedroom with heavenly soft yet firm Queen bed, en suite bath, shower and dual sink, ample closet space and comfy chairs to enjoy a good read. Both have large windows that flood the room with warm white light, and the balcony bedroom walks out to a spacious terrace, with views of the sea when you wake. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, cold filtered water and ice from the fridge, and everything you will need to prepare a delicious meal inside in the dinette, or outside in the breeze. There's a large living room with cozy chairs to chat, relax, snooze, or take in a movie on the 50inch 4K tv. If you need a place to work, there's a dedicated space and fast wifi, or find a quiet private nook in one of the many gardens around the property. Have guests? there's a powder room for their use, and access to a Queen sized pullout couch. Outside, upstairs, splash in the pool and Jacuzzi, or chill with a drink at the bar and munch a veggie burger hot off the grill. Guest access Guests can freely access all common exterior spaces up to and including the pool level. Other things to note Guests can come and go freely through a series of secure gates on foot, or those with vehicles receive a remote for the automatic gate. Private parking is available on site for guests, and visitors of guests space permitted, with advanced notice and permission from host. Spaces are limited so priority is given to primary occupants. Check-in is 3pm Checkout is 11am early check-in or later checkout requests will be considered with 24hour prior notice of check in and checkout date. Approval is subject to availability and a fee of US$15/hr will apply. Secure luggage storage is available. If you require airport transportation, we can put you in contact with JUTA operators, certified drivers, licensed to operate by the Jamaican Tourist Board., with a minimum of 72hrs advanced notice. We do have a roster of safe and reliable independent local taxi drivers for your convenience. but we take no responsibility for your safety or your negotiated rates. The TV is streaming only. Your most popular streaming services are available for access on your personal account. Please remember to log yourself out at the end of your stay. Additional guest fee applies for over 4 guests. Select correct number of guests to see the total All guests will be required to provide ID at check-in, and all visitors of guests are required to provide ID and register with host. Failure to do so or intentionally concealing a visitor may result in a US$100 or expulsion of the visitor and guest and forfeiture of deposit. Please run the over head range and ceiling fan when cooking, to extract strong cooking odors from the unit; Open the both kitchen windows if necessary, to avoid a deep cleaning fee. There is a pullout sofa (sleeps up to two people) available for guests to use. If there are more than the maximum of 4 guests (up to a total of 6 guests), an additional guest fee will apply per extra guest per night.
