It can be found on Maps and Waze as "ZOE URBAN APARTMENTS". Upon arrival, you must present your physical ID at the front desk. Then take the elevator to the third floor. You'll find the key to enter in a lockbox next to the apartment door. Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out until 11:00 am. The doorman is available 24 hours a day. Other things to note Available common areas: ☀️Pool: Hours are Monday through Sunday from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm (for maintenance, Mondays can be used from 3:00 pm and Fridays and Saturdays from 11:00 am) Maximum use of 1 hour per day. It's not gua, it's tempered. 🏋 Gym: Hours are Monday to Sunday from 5 am to 10 pm. Maximum use of 1 hour per day. Cowork 💻 Room - Free 24 Hours *For the gym, check availability via the Airbnb chat at least 3 hours in advance to make the reservation (subject to availability). At the time of booking, you must first go to reception to check in. * Pets are prohibited from entering the common areas. *Hours for making reservations are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. *Common areas are not for exclusive use, they are shared with other guests in the building. *Access to common areas is only during the stay, due to building management policies, entry to common areas is not allowed before check-in or after check-out. 👫 Tours: - Considering the size of the apartment, maximum capacity is 5 people. - It should be coordinated at least 2 hours in advance by the Airbnb chat. - Visiting hours are from 9am to 10pm.
