Quiet Beachside Room for 1 shared bathroom full

Beautiful Huntington Beach home w/ a cozy backyard. You will have your own room w/a shared bathroom. You are welcome to use our two new bikes, beach equipment that you can use (chairs, boogie boards, towels, etc.)5 minutes from the beach, 20 minutes from Disneyland, 15 minutes from the airport. Necessities are within walking distance (bars, restaurants, grocery stores etc.). You will be sharing the house with my wife and I. We do have a dog that is very well behaved and a cute cat The space Full size bed with house privileges and a shared bathroom. You will be sharing the bathroom with the host. Bathroom is kept clean daily. Unfortunately at this time we do not allow other pets or children under 18. Please inquire with any questions you might have No tobacco products are allowed on the premises. Absolutely no smoking in the house. If smoke is detected in the house a $250 charge will be charged. $100 fee if the kitchen/living room is left dirty. It’s the Airbnbs responsible to clean up afterwards. Only 1 guest allowed due to the size of the bed(full size) Guest access you have access to the whole entire house and we also have two bikes that you can use and we have lots of beach stuff like chairs towels etc when available. The guest is completely responsible if the bikes, boogie boards and chairs are broken or stolen. 1 guest max. We charge a cleaning fee of $60 to clean the bathroom and your bedroom and if left very dirty after checkout, there will be a $35 fee added. We do allow every Airbnb guests to use the kitchen and living room, but they are responsible for cleaning up after themselves. $100 fee will charged if the kitchen/living room is left dirty.. During your stay Most likely you will see me around the house.
