Located in a quiet area, inhabited mostly by locals, with a quick 15 minute walk to the buzzing Funchal Marina & city centre, it boasts stylish but comfortable furnishings & everything you'll need for an enjoyable stay, including air conditioning & parking. The space A light, modern, airy apartment that was recently renovated. The sole bedroom is large, accommodating 3 guests in a queen size & single bed - perfect for a small family or friends sharing. The living room, dining space and kitchen are open plan. The spacious bathroom has a spa feel, and there is a large entrance hall connecting the spaces so you can put your luggage and shoes out of the way. The washing machine is located in a separate laundry room with a door, at the back of the kitchen. The breezy balcony can be accessed by a sliding door from the living room as well as a small door from the bedroom. Guest access You have exclusive use of the entire apartment. Other things to note Baby equipment is available on request.
