Come and enjoy the comfort with your family or friends in our cozy cottage in Modřejovice, in the heart of Křivoklátsko. From the cottage you can walk to the nearby beautiful forests full of mushrooms. The cottage is magical inside and is surrounded by a large rugged garden (about 1500m2), where you will find a lot of nooks and crannies, and which is protected from the views of passers-by by an ivy fence. There is also a barn on the property, where children have facilities (with swings and toys - under the supervision of adults please) and garden equipment. The space The lower floor consists of an open kitchen connected to the dining room and living room. The space is dominated by a beautiful (and fully functional) tiled stove, a massive dining table with chairs and benches and a comfortable sofa and seating along the stove. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven with a stove, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, two sinks and a wood-burning stove. Moravia (which we are happy to bake and cook on). The "mill stairs" lead to the upper floor (be careful with children). Upstairs is the master bedroom with a double bed, a children's room with two beds and a guest room with a double bed. Each bedroom also has a sleeping area upstairs (in the gable) for two more people (access by ladder). The railings and upper sleeping areas are secured with protective nets. There is one bathroom in the house with underfloor and central heating. The bathroom has a spacious shower and a toilet with a sink. If necessary, a washer and dryer can be used. The cottage is heated by a boiler on LTO + it is possible to heat in the stove in the kitchen or tiled. The water is from a well (we recommend drinking bottled water, although it is continuously cleaned). The house has a veranda with a pleasant seating area and a view of the garden. Garden furniture and a parasol are available in the barn, swings are hung for children. The car can be parked directly on the property behind the gate. Guest access The entire cottage with land is available to guests.
