The guest must send the ID cards of all adults via Airbnb messages so I can forward them to the resort management before your trip. 3. Visitors or non-family guests are not allowed to enter. 4. A security deposit of EGP 1,000 is required and will be refunded at the end of your stay if everything in the chalet is in good condition. 5. Housekeeping service is provided before check-in, so please inspect the chalet upon arrival. If it is not clean, kindly speak to the handover staff and inform them. 6. The Aqua Park is optional. If you’d like to use it, you must book it at the main gate through the resort’s management. The fee is EGP 100 per person for the entire stay. Children under 6 years old can enter for free. 7.
