Pleasant 1-bedroom private studio-type accommodation. Set up with great care, it offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has a full kitchen, split air, Smart TV, Wi-Fi and a private service area with a washing machine, sink and clothesline. We are located in Jardim Nova Esperança, northwest region of Goiânia. A typical residential neighborhood with a variety of convenience and leisure options available. The space JR01 is an accommodation located on the ground floor of a residential townhouse adapted for seasonal rental. It is a private and comfortable space that features: -Living room with panel and 40' Smart TV, sofa bed, column fan and side table for meals with two chairs. -Full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave and blender. It also has utensils, such as plates, glasses, cutlery and common pots, frying pans and pressure cookers. -Double bedroom with queen size bed + single mattress, wardrobe, air-conditioning, and work desk with office chair. -Bathroom with heated shower. And a private service area with a washing machine, tank and clothesline. * *An iron and hairdryer are also available in the accommodation. Guest access The unit has an entrance on the ground floor at the back of the building's garage. Access is very simple, through a digital lock with a password. This accommodation does not offer a parking space for cars, better serving guests who use Uber/99 for their travels. Guests arriving by car will need to park on the side street. Other things to note -We offer complete bedding with sheets, pillowcases, pillows and microfiber blankets. -We always leave some cleaning and hygiene items such as: detergent and sponge in the kitchen and hotel paper and soap in the bathrooms. -We do not offer bath linens (towels) because we consider them to be a personal use item. If guests need or forget to bring some, we have some for emergencies, which we rent for a one-time fee of 5 reais each, so the guest can use it during their stay.
