The bathrooms are collective, with separate use for men and women, ensuring more comfort and privacy. The house is in a gated community, safe and very well located in the best neighborhood of Belém. Other things to note Important Information • We do not provide breakfast; • The room will be delivered clean and ready for use at the beginning of your stay. However, there is no maid or cleaning service during the stay. If you need extra cleaning, the amount will be charged as an extra cleaning fee; • Room access is exclusively yours during your stay, but we do not have a safe. As a precaution, we do not recommend leaving cash, high-value items or works of art in the property; • We provide replacement towels and sheets at no additional cost from 7 (seven) nights of accommodation. For shorter stays, we charge an extra fee of R$ 40.00 per set (1 bath towel + 1 face towel); • All bed and bath linens are carefully sanitized and made available for guest use. If any damage is found (holes, tears, stains of any kind, etc.), the corresponding value of the item will be charged, based on the market price; • We do not have parking available; • The space is intended exclusively for lodging, and its use for photo shoots or filming is expressly prohibited; • No events or parties are allowed; • Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am; • Overnight stays by people who are not included in the reservation are expressly prohibited; • The house keys must not, under any circumstances, be in the possession of people who are not staying in the property.
