WIfi MODEM and CAMERA CAN NEVER TURN OFF. House is full controlled and security monitored remotely. If internet get down you can unplug and plug again the modem so it’s reset . To use the security box please open and press the red bottom inside then close the door and press your 4 digits security code follow by the number sign and turn the lock Then to open press the security code follow by the number sign and turn the lock of the security box . Please remember when you finish your stay leave the security box open . In PR the electric power is kind of fragile so in case occurs a power outage yo will have under each bed a power outgage kit . If that occur the kit will have inside batteries, fan , flashlights and lanterns. The garage door when the power goes out you will have 4 opportunities to open it . If the power outage occurs you can leave the garage door open and only lock the entrance door if you going outside of the house . We are a tropical island . Outside of the house on the grass sometimes we have Coquis and Grillos sometimes they sing like coqui-coqui or made a sound. They don’t bite they don’t do nothing they are very very little . Please remember we are a tropical island we have forest and a lot of trees on the outside of the house we can have ants, mosquitoes, lizards, etc please DO NOT LET WINDOWS OR DOORS OPEN . Our house is out of any insects and we maintain a higher pest control for your tranquility. Our hot water comes from solar panels please don’t waist hot water for the washer machine . If you stay more than 5 nights you will received a complimentary bottle of wine or champagne The stuffed animals that are on each bed it’s just for decoration . Do not remove from the house . We provide you a complimentary of coffee , sugar , creamer, toilet paper , napkins, trash bags. Shampoo , conditioners, body wash , dish soap and hand soap. If you need more you will need to buy it .
