Large living room with lots of natural light. Snorkel blue holes off the beach about 200 yards away. 1 mile off the coral reef and lots of marine life everywhere. Daily flights on LeAir or Flamingo Air via Nassau airport, both airlines have morning or afternoon flights twice a day. MakersAir out of Fort Lauderdale executive airport flies to South Andros (Congotown) and you can take daily ferry at 8am or 5pm to South Andros. Local convenience and liquor stores are walkable or bike ride away. A few night clubs and conch bars not far away. Friendly island with fun local residents. Outdoor shower on patio. Large Central A/C unit runs house airflow and bedrooms have window A/C units as needed. Guest access Access to the whole property. Ability to walk or bike to convenient stores and airport. Taxi service available as needed to explore the rest of the island. Local tiki bar (Shine's) and a few restaurants available, call ahead. Outdoor shower, paddleboards and 2 person kayak for use.
