House is on Mangrove Cay, Andros. 20 yards from the shallow turquoise waters. Located one mile off the 3rd largest reef in the world. Snorkel and fish from the shore. Walk the quiet & secluded beach. Listen to the wind blow from the soft Bermuda grass on large front lawn. Starlink & DirecTV provided. Walk to airport from house, no car needed. Bicycles, paddleboards, and 2 person kayak provided. Bonefish off the beach. Local fishing guides are caretakers of house. Taxi or bike to grocery store. The space 2 bedroom house sitting on 2 acre lot. House is 20 yards from sandy beach. 175ft of beach line property. Upstairs bedroom has king size bed and trundle bed with pullout. Downstairs bedroom has queen bed. Futon bed in living room. Large living room with lots of natural light. Snorkel blue holes off the beach about 200 yards away. 1 mile off the coral reef and lots of marine life everywhere. Daily flights on LeAir or Flamingo Air via Nassau airport, both airlines have morning or afternoon flights twice a day. MakersAir out of Fort Lauderdale executive airport flies to South Andros (Congotown) and you can take daily ferry at 8am or 5pm to South Andros. Local convenience and liquor stores are walkable or bike ride away. A few night clubs and conch bars not far away. Friendly island with fun local residents. Outdoor shower on patio. Large Central A/C unit runs house airflow and bedrooms have window A/C units as needed. Guest access Access to the whole property. Ability to walk or bike to convenient stores and airport. Taxi service available as needed to explore the rest of the island. Local tiki bar (Shine's) and a few restaurants available, call ahead. Outdoor shower, paddleboards and 2 person kayak for use. Other things to note Electric stove, Keurig coffee, toaster, electric tea kettle, air fryer, outdoor grill, beach towels, coolers, beach chairs, ice maker, two refrigerators, four paddleboards, two person kayak, four bikes, cornhole all provided. Snorkel gear provided if needed. Local guides will take you on private snorkel or back water flats fishing trips for extra cost. 1/2 days or full days, boats provided.
