Villa Playa Hermosa was designed with the intention of meeting the requirements of travelers who want to enjoy the Los Tuxtlas area, without sacrificing comfort and we are Pet Friendly. For 6 people and 3 extras The space Villa Playa Hermosa has security, privacy and comfort, with an area of more than 1,200 square meters, private parking, closed circuit, large private spaces. The property is two-storey: On the ground floor there is a spacious living room and a TV room with internet. The dining room for eight people; equipped kitchen (so you can prepare your food, we recommend bringing everything you need for your food and drink stay) and a bar with benches.
You'll also find a half bathroom and a service patio. On the second floor are the two air-conditioned rooms, both with a balcony overlooking the pool, garden and beach, with a full bathroom with permanent hot water and a closet. The master bedroom has a living room, a queen size bed, and a safe. The secondary bedroom has two queen size beds, a table with chairs. Extra people (considered as extras from the seventh) can sleep in the living room, there are no extra beds or mats. Outside, you can enjoy the spacious gardens and the pool, soak up the sun in the comfort of the lounge chairs while enjoying your favorite drink, or dine al fresco if you wish, and admire the flora and fauna of the Tuxtlas area. We also have a grill (bring your inputs like coal). They can play the sport of their choice, space is what you have left or if you prefer to go down to the beach for the private access we have. There are plenty of activities to do on the property or just relax, whether as a couple, with family or friends. Don't think twice, it will be a great experience. We DO NOT have an EV charging station; charging EVs on the property is prohibited to prevent damage to the power grid, in addition to the energy consumption this generates. Guest access The entire property. Only guests, no visitors allowed. No weapons or use of prohibited substances inside the property It's exclusively for guests. Our co-host is at the entrance to the apartment. Other things to note Remember the electricity service depends on CFE, so any lack of it is not our responsibility. Note: You can increase but not decrease the number of guests. All assistance animals are welcome with no weight limit. Maximum 2 pets per reservation free of charge, no more than 20 kilograms. *Important: Before booking, check if we can accommodate your pet. There are restrictions. We do not have extra beds or mattresses, but we do accept 3 extra people at an additional cost, (they can sleep in the living room). *From the seventh person, we reiterate that there is an additional cost per guest per night. If you want more people to join you, they are allowed at an additional cost. You can bring inflatable mattresses, mats, even tents (we allow camping). The cost per additional person is 500 pesos plus taxes per person per night for use of facilities. There is no cell phone signal from any company in the area, which is why it is so important that we have the Internet. Download your maps beforehand, don't worry about a thing. When you become our guest, we'll send you a list in private before you travel to remind you of everything you might need to have a pleasant stay. If you require an invoice, just indicate it when booking (we do not invoice the Platform, they generate their invoice). Cleaning is available during the stay at an additional cost (subject to availability). As indicated by Airbnb policies, reservations to third parties are not allowed (with the exception of the business account) so the owner is the only one authorized to receive the property and therefore the keys showing their current official identification.
