We decorated this beautiful space in a very personal way, giving it its own personality and leaving everything simple, nothing pretentious; because here the most important thing is to feel part of the lagoon. Having your own front, just for you, is a privilege that you don't find easily. The room is cozy with air conditioning. The living room and dining room have a large space with a futon-type armchair that serves as a second bed. The living room is typical of the region with a rocking chair near the window and a hammock to enjoy! There are two powerful ceiling fans that allow air circulation and give you a feeling of freshness! The kitchen is a good size and has everything you need to prepare your food. The terrace is very nice, overlooking the lagoon and the large garden! Having coffee in the morning and contemplating the view is priceless! Over the lagoon you have a nice palapa with two beds and from your own pontoon you can access the lagoon. The house is very safe if you travel with children and pets because it is completely surrounded by a security fence. You can even close off access to the lagoon for your peace of mind. No one escapes! We have mosquito nets on doors and windows! We also have a patio at the entrance! Just a few blocks away you will find shops for food, fruits and vegetables; We always recommend 2 very authentic places to eat in the village; if you prefer you can go to Bacalar (10 min drive) to find more options. INTERESTING FACT: Xulha means "where the water is born". This part of the lagoon is actually a cenote. Its energy is amazing!
