The space When you enter our home, you will be welcomed into an open floor space living room, featuring a smart TV connected to our Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a kitchen island with a four-seat breakfast bar and a six-seat dining table. From the living room, you have access to a half bathroom and a one-car garage. Upstairs, the accommodations include four well-appointed bedrooms: • Master Bedroom: Features a queen-sized bed, private en-suite bathroom, dresser, and air conditioner for ultimate comfort and privacy. • Second Bedroom: Equipped with a queen-sized bed, dresser, nightstand, and air conditioner, providing a cozy retreat. • Third Bedroom: Also includes a queen-sized bed, dresser, nightstand, and air conditioner, offering similar comforts as the second bedroom. • Fourth Bedroom: Boasts two queen beds, a dresser, and a nightstand. This room features a private balcony with expansive ocean views and shares a full bathroom with the second and third bedrooms. Each room is equipped with nightstands, dressers, ceiling fans, and air conditioners, designed to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Guest access Access to our home is secured through two large wooden gates; ours is the first property you'll encounter upon entering. For your convenience, the front door is equipped with a lockbox, and we'll provide detailed instructions after your booking is confirmed. Please note that the electric garage door is operable only from the inside for added security. Upon your arrival, Concho and Elena, our dedicated community caretakers, will be there to welcome you and assist with any initial questions.
