Canto da Cachoeira Farm

Welcome to our refuge in the middle of the woods and in Canto da Cachoeira. We are a new and exclusive venue in Palmas, intended for short-term stays and/or event rentals. We have a wonderful private waterfall that forms a natural pool, a wet sauna, a spacious outdoor patio with social bathrooms, a large covered hall, as well as 3 comfortable suites for overnight stays. All this, 9 km from the roundabout of Av. JK, on TO 010 towards Lajeado, 20 min from downtown Palmas! The space Our space is unique, surrounded by forest and water. We have 3 suites for lodging, all newly renovated, with air conditioning, blackout, indirect lighting, television with SKY. - Capim Dourado Suite, our master suite! Designed for two people and spacious! It has a king-size bed, a bathroom with two showers, a large sink, two private balconies, one of them with a view of the waterfall. - Tocantins Suite, with a queen size bed, two extra beds and small single beds, an armchair, a large window, a large bathroom and a light-colored finish. - Araguaia Suite, our suite with more privacy. It has a small balcony with a table and chairs, a queen-size bed, armchairs, and a bathroom with light-colored tiling. In addition to the suites, we have a spacious central space where meals can be served, a large outdoor patio where you can burn wood in the pot at night, a full kitchen, pantry, social bathrooms and our wonderful private waterfall with a natural pool and wet sauna on the side of the waterfall. Right at the entrance gate of our farm, there is a house where our caretaker couple resides. They will be available to guests to answer questions, assist in communicating with administrators, and resolve any issues that may occur during the stay. The caretakers' house is more than 500 meters away from the main house. They are instructed to access the surroundings of the main house only when requested by guests, to maintain their privacy. Communication with the caretakers and administrators, when necessary, should be done by messaging app via the internet, as there is no cell phone signal in the vicinity of our land. From Mondays to Thursdays, we allow the rental of one, two or three suites, always for the same group. We do not rent to different groups simultaneously. Daily rates: - 01 suite: 800 reais - 2 suites (3 to 4 people): 1300 reais - 3 suites (5 to 6 people): 1800 reais - 3 suites (7 to 10 people): 2,000 On Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and/or holidays, the daily rate allows the use of the entire property and we allow the rental of a minimum of 2 consecutive days. Prices: - up to 6 people: 1800 reais - between 7 and 10 people: 2,000 reais. For events, we ask you to fill out a brief form for individualized quotes! We hope to welcome you! Guest access Guests have free access to all the rooms of the main house, which include: the three suites, the kitchen and the service area, the central space, the outdoor patio, the sauna, the waterfall and the parking lot. We do not recommend that guests enter the surrounding woods, as there are poisonous wild animals around us. Other things to note We are at the foot of the mountain and in the middle of the forest, in a place isolated from the city, surrounded by virgin nature, with a lot of silence, privacy and peace. The only constant noise comes from the waterfall. We recommend that our guests bring everything they will consume in food and beverages from downtown Palmas, as there are no markets nearby. We have a large refrigerator with a freezer and a small freezer separately to store ice. Our accommodations were built in the 1990s, on the edge of the waterfall, and have remained intact ever since. The place is humid and surrounded by wildlife. Although it is fumigated very often, it is very common for guests to come across insects and small animals. We recommend that the windows and doors of all rooms be kept closed at all times, especially at nightfall, to prevent the entry of animals. In each suite, we provide spray insecticide. We ask that you use it carefully, due to the environmental impact. We recommend not leaving food outside the pantry and/or outside the refrigerator, which can attract insects and rodents from the bush, especially at night. Our property is located in a rural area, where power fluctuations occur frequently. There may be power outages with delays in resumption, which are beyond our control. We provide candles and matches in all rooms.
