Enjoy a memorable stay in this large house, totally surrounded by nature, located on the banks of the iconic Paiva River, where you can go hiking along the "Paiva Trail" a few meters from home and enjoy a small beach also located on this route. With a perfect combination of comfort, convenience and stunning nature, this house is the ideal getaway for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. The space The property is located very close to the main road but the traffic is very little and doesn't disturb. The small garde is fenced, you can enjoy the two floors and a garage for parking but you can also park outside on the side of the road. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, gas stove and oven. Some itens are a bit old like the stove and the fridge. The living/dining room is spacious and has a fireplace and TV. There is also a bedroom and a recently renovated bathroom with washing machine. On the upper floor you will find three bedrooms, one of them with a private terrace, a bathroom and a small living room that can serve as a working area. The floors are connected by a staircase and in each of these, in its front part, there are two extensive balconies. Outside there is a kitchen that includes a barbecue area with an old wood-burning oven with a small terrace and a table along with chairs for outdoor dining. Two small gardens and a lemon tree and 2 orange trees. Other things to note Note that this is not a premium place, so don't expect everything to be neat. The power supply, for example, is limited, meaning that you are not supposed to have the ACs and many appliances working at the same time The city centre, with supermarkets for grocery shopping, is only a 14-minute drive away. The river is 12 minute's walk. Relax in the house's outdoor spaces, or explore the nearby trails.
