Quintessence

Quintessence was originally built in 2008 with spacious bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms and private balconies that offer relaxing views of the Caribbean Sea. Quintessence serves as a large family "home away from home" accommodating up to 8-10 adults at a time. It is well appointed to offer the true explorer a real taste of some of the best attractions which the south coast has to offer. Privacy is guaranteed as the property is off the beaten track with all the comforts of a home. The space Quintessence was built in 2008 by a Jamaican family that has had a long-standing love and respect for St. Elizabeth. It has 4 bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have queen-size beds and the fourth bedroom (a master bedroom) has a king-size bed and a private balcony with views of the sea and the rolling green hills behind. There is a powder room, two spacious kitchens (1 in the main house) with all major appliances, dining room with a mahogany dining table and chairs to seat 14 persons, office/work space and comfortably appointed lounging area and living room. The property is great for relaxing in the gardens or large verandah. The property has many outdoor and indoor entertaining spaces including an outdoor covered gazebo, which can accommodate 30+ persons. The various nooks mean that it is ideal for multi-family rentals and would work well for family reunions. The property is serviced daily by a housekeeper which is included in the rate. A cook's service can be provided at an extra cost. The cost per day, is for a maximum capacity of 8. Additional guests (up to a maximum of 10 persons) attract a US$65 per person per night rate. The house is equipped with wireless internet and there are also a variety of books for your use while you are there. Guest access Full access to all areas of the house with exclusive use of all amenities. This is your home away from home. Other things to note At Quintessence, we are eco-friendly and focused on water and energy conservation. As a result, we refresh towels every other day (if needed) and linens every third day. In keeping with our commitment, we also encourage guests to turn off all lights when leaving the rooms to enjoy the beauty of Jamaica's South Coast.
