The Space This space offers the following features: Our guests will enjoy the entire home and have the luxury of choosing from 2 bedrooms. 24 Hour Security in a gated community Self-Check option (Smart Lock) Open concept living and dining room Bedroom 1: This black and white room is the romance central. Black out curtains to escape from the world. This has a Queen Size bed, ceiling fan and an AC unit. Clothes hangers so you can unpack and make yourself at home. Iron with ironing board. Bedroom 2: Embrace a peaceful vibe in bedroom #2: You can wake up to the sweet sounds of birds chirping. Black out curtains that allows you to sleep in. This has a firm double bed, ceiling fan and an AC Unit. The closet space is off limits though. Living Room: Smart TV with YouTube, Netflix, Cable in the living room only and ceiling Fan. Kitchen: Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave, Toaster as well as pots and pans and utensils for cooking meals at home. Bathroom: Wet and dry towel rack, First Aid Kit including Alcohol, peroxide, tablets Guest Access: Guest will have access to the entire home excluding a closet in the second bedroom Other things to Note: Absolutely no parties and no pets. No smoking inside the home. Please respect the Neighbours. No loud music or noise after 9pm. The AC is free to use while you are inside the apartment. However, when leaving/away from the apartment the AC unit should be turned off to conserve energy while it is not being used. Whilst our aim is to ensure that your area is cool, if you wish for the AC unit to remain on while you are away from the apartment (eg. To always keep the bedroom cool) an additional fee of $25 per day will apply. Guest access Guest Access: Guest will have access to the entire home EXCEPT a closet in the second bedroom.
