Mayaka Surf House

Have some fun at our cozy beachfront house. Located directly on Playa Agua Fria, it’s next to Punta Mango, one of the best surfing waves in the country. If you’re not a surfer just relax and enjoy one of the many secluded beaches or the untouched nature that surrounds the house. This area is truly one of the last untouched spots in El Salvador. With the new highway being built the area is now easily accessible and extremely safe! We now have wifi! The space Our house is right on Playa Agua Fria which feels like a private beach because there is rarely anyone on it! The house is simple and stylish. With an open concept kitchen/ living room, 2 bedrooms downstairs and another bedroom in the loft up top. We have a bridge that connects the loft to the upper deck outside. Only the two downstairs rooms have air conditioning, the loft doesn’t have a/c but with the cool ocean breeze we find we don’t need it. Guest access You have access to the whole house! Other things to note The cell signal isn’t super strong there, if you have Tigo, you can get signal on the beach end of the property but with other providers you will need to go up the hill to get signal. Also there was a 4/5 review in December 2024, she had a small list of problems with the house and I’m not able to respond to the comment anymore. I just spent a couple months there fully addressing all the issues. The wifi is now working, I replaced all the locks on the doors that had been eaten by the salt a bit, I fully rebuilt the deck with brand new wood and I redid the giant hammock out of rope. We also have a new cleaner that is doing a great job. Cheers!
