Situated in Carraigaholt village on Ireland's Wild Atlantic Way ,"Avoca" is a stones throw from pubs, restaurants, shops, and beach. Proximity to Loop Head makes for a cyclists haven, whilst a variety of walks - beach, countryside and cliffs abound. "Avoca" offers a unique experience of Irish rural life. The space There are two double bedrooms - one with double bed and balcony offering charming countryside and filtered bay views. The second double bedroom comprises a double bed and a comfortable futon (single). The large double story living space features a magnificent fireplace, with many original stone features remaining - echoing the history of the house. The kitchen is well stocked and highly functional. A large utility area provides plenty of storage - for surfboards, bikes, luggage and the like. Outside, the rustic garden stretches down to the river, and a quaint sitting area can be utilized should the weather co- operate!
