Newly installed filtered water with high pressurized throughout our showers,water faucets and toilets.Our guests will enjoy the stay with our high standard level accomodation provided with 350-800 threaded blankets,pillow cases and cool foam comforters.Split type airconditioning throughout living and dining area,aircon in each bedrooms. Pretty much relaxing to spend the night and well secured place and close to NAIA airport. The space The place has 3 BR / 2 1/2 Bath in the upper floor with 2 balcony .Master Bedroom has its own Bath and access to private balcony .A/C use in each bedroom and living/dining room downstairs. Complimentary cleaning and change of bedsheets and towels is provided on the 3rd day of stay who has long days reservation use high quality materials of bedsheets as well as towels.Washer and dryer are available to use only with more volume of clothes with the presence of caretaker for special instructions of operation due to complex of use and laundry site. The property is furnished with high quality appliances; Split type airconditiong in the living/dining/kitchen area ,Gas/Electric stove,LCD TV in living room and master bedroom with Cable TV connection. The place has more space to fill with portable beds for extra guests besides occupying bedroom but needs to notify the Host for this prior to check in. Guest access There is a Gate access in front of the property with Coded key Lockbox where you can enter inside the property.Another security code with digital Door lock in the main entrance assigned to guest to get into the house. Other things to note The Community has 24 Hour security guard on Duty,The Guests are expected to be checked everytime they come in to the property of Camella Merida Subd.with proper Identification.
