We are only 35 minutes from the airport and 45 minutes to the heart of old San Juan. Enjoy bird watching surrounded by nature. Our home has AC in the common areas and bedrooms. We have a water backup system and solar panels with a Tesla battery. No Uber service, car rental is necessarry. The space This is a three bedroom home with two baths, a brand new kitchen, deck and a heated infinity pool. The house has a spacious living, dining and kitchen areas. The living /dining room offers an indoor/outdoor experience with its bifold doors that open to the deck. You will enjoy the whole house for yourself in a very private setting. Guest access The guests have exclusive access to the entire house, grounds and amenities. Other things to note The house is located in the community of "Guzman Arriba," on the outskirts of "El Yunque". This is a rural location and the rental of a car is necessary, no Uber service. An SUV is recommended but not essential. The house is 35 minutes from the airport, 45 minutes to Old San Juan, 35 minutes to Luquillo beach.
