Private dock right on the water is perfect for enjoying beautiful sunrises, sunset reflections and getting a water taxi. And just a few steps through hidden green fence will take you to a wonderful open-air restaurant Trico Bar & Grill with beautiful ocean views, Tortuga dive shop and live music on Tuesdays afternoons. You also can use their pool if you have drink or something to eat, everything on the menu is fantastic. Guest access You can enjoy the private dock, spacious courtyard and porch with chairs. Washing machine in the garage. You have the entire lower apartment to yourself. The upper apartment is not for rent and no one lives there. We are located in Jonesville Point area on the south coast. Quiet eastern side of Roatan. About 40 minutes drive from airport or ferry. We can arrange airport transfer with a stop at well stocked supermarket Eldon's on the way. We help with a car or scooter rental. You will be provided with contacts on water taxi. Other things to note Please mind that your electricity consumption is being paid extra at check-out, due to high costs of it on the tropical sland. 1 kwh in our residential area is 10 Honduran lempiras which is 0,42 USD (42 US cents). It is usually 2 or 3 USD per day if not using AC. With use of AC, the cost is from 5 USD per day, depending on how many AC units you use and for how long.
