You will have the opportunity to enjoy a unique sustainable experience and raise your awareness regarding the consumption of natural resources. The space Being in a 100% off-grid space in the midst of nature is an excellent opportunity to experience the use of the basic resources of our routine in a conscious and responsible way. For this reason, it is important that our guests follow some rules to make their stay a unique experience. Other things to note - Light and electricity: Our house produces its own energy through solar panels, that is, we are not connected to the city's electricity grid. For this reason, saving energy is essential to make your stay pleasant, conscious and comfortable. If you want to bring any electronic equipment, our power is 220V. - Water: Our water comes from a spring located on our own land, so that we can use this resource responsibly we provide 250 liters of water for each Tiny House per day. If used consciously, this amount of water is sufficient for 4 people. - Parking and circulation of cars on the property: Our property is located in one of the most beautiful areas of São Luiz do Purunã and is one of the only preserved properties with native vegetation in the region. That is why it is important that land use is done rationally. We advise our guests to unload their belongings and luggage near Tiny and park their vehicles in our exclusive parking lot for cars and motorcycles. - Noise and coexistence: Our Tiny House is located in the Athene Center, which is part of a community-developed project with independent and self-sufficient houses. We are five different owners who share the same space. In this way, it is important that all visitors and residents have a respectful and harmonious coexistence. We ask that the rules of noise, loud sound, etc. be respected, with a noise limit until 10:30 p.m. Trash: We ask guests to manage their own trash, i.e., we request that the trash produced be separated, transported and disposed of by the users of the space themselves. This experience allows us to realize how important waste management is in the consumption chain. We suggest our visitors plan in relation to food, packaging and others. We look forward to having you for an unforgettable experience!
