Sierra Villa 3Br/3.5Bths -On Point Pleasant Resort

Everything you need and more in a home away from home. The house is located on Point Pleasant Resort, which has a 24 hour security guard at the entrance of the resort. The pool at the villa is newly constructed plus just a short walk or drive to access the resort amenities including 3 pools, private beach, restaurants, nature trail and more. The space Sierra Villa is renovated and main unit has an open floorplan with 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the top level along with a half bath. One (1) bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and sitting room on 2nd level down the spiral staircase. Large gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and large island with seating. Dining room table has seating for 6, and living room has a large reclining sectional sofa, tv, and board games. The laundry room has a large washer/dryer, extra linens, beach towels, and beach chairs. There is a newly constructed expansive deck directly off the living room, which is perfect for outdoor dining with seating for 6 and outdoor sofa and chairs. Breezes abound on the deck where you can rinse off under the outdoor shower before soaking in the pool, or you can relax on the lounge chairs, hammock or under the umbrellas. Brand new pool is easily accessible from the living and dining rooms with great views of Lindquist Beach and Cruz Bay, St. John. Take a night swim as the pool light changes colors. The villa also has a courtyard with a table and chairs, large grounds with tropical plants and lots of open spaces to relax. Guest access The villa has a long driveway with lots of parking. Guests can park at the top of the driveway to avoid the steps. The entrance to the house is through the wooden gate at the top of driveway. The walk to the resort amenities is about 5-7 minutes. To get to the resort, make a left after exiting the property and walk up the hill. Look for signs for Sandy Beach, Pools, Nature Trail and restaurants (Mirador and Shoreline Grill). Margaritaville Resort is adjacent to Point Pleasant and can be accessed by walking along the shoreline. Both Lindquist and Coki Beach are just 2-3 minutes drive from the villa. Entry to Coki Beach is free and is great for snorkeling. Lindquist beach is gorgeous, great for swimming or just relaxing. Would not suggest walking to these beaches as there are no sidewalks on the road. Best ways to get around are by car or taxi. The town of Redhook is just a five minutes drive and has many restaurants, shopping, bank/ATM, pharmacy, grocery store, gas station, and the ferry dock for boats to St. John and the British Virgin Islands. Other things to note The villa has two additional separate units so other guests will share common areas.
