Cozy suite with assistance

I live in a small and cozy community. An oasis of silence and nature in the middle of two important avenues that connect us to the center, the beach and other spaces. Close to public markets, supermarkets, bus stops, bars and restaurants. Ventilated!The decor reflects my personality: cheerful, practical, intelligent, welcoming. I like to talk and receive friends. The space is cozy, cheerful and very clean. I would like to show you my place!I would love to welcome you here. My house is your house! The space It's a condominium/ building that looks like a house. The area is wooded, calm, with shade and fresh air. Sounds of birds and marmosets. Guest access Hello! You can enjoy your suite, the living room, the dining room, the kitchen. Beyond that, there's only my bedroom, my closet, and my bathroom. I prefer these three areas to be reserved. During your stay I intend to welcome everyone at check-in and say goodbye at check-out. You can count on me to answer questions about the city. If there's something I don't know, I'll help and we'll find the answers together. I usually stay home in the morning when I take care of her, myself, my guinea pigs, and study a little. Other things to note The room has no air conditioner, but it is well ventilated and has a fan with a humidifier available. The condominium is small, there are only 7 houses, so you are bound by silence and cordiality. The house faces east and is well lit. There's Netflix on the TV at your disposal. There will be a space in the fridge for you.
