This place is 5 km away from hustle bustle of main Kathmandu city... It is in a very peaceful area... It is inside a colony where other residence are also there ... Amazing greenery around as you can see in the pictures.. Preferable guests would be someone who would like to stay here for long and enjoy peaceful place or work. Only basic necessary things like bed rooms with beds,common rooms with sofa bed, bathroom and kitchen available. Food and other things have to be manage by guests.
