Soul Stuga - Off-Grid Retreat

Rest and revitalise your soul in our cozy off-grid cabin. Experience nature and magnificent views as you enjoy all the special extras our location has to offer. **Summer and Off-Season (Oct through May) stays have very different offerings, please read property details for more info** The space The cabin has pretty much everything you should need for day to day living. We will provide filtered drinking water, coffee, tea, cooking necessities and 2 fresh eggs per nights stay (subject to availability). The cabin is off-grid and comes with a few potential learning curves, but there is guidance for all of it. The compost toilet is located just outside your back door so be ready for a rustic chic experience! In the warmer months (May-September) there is on demand hot water outside at the ‘bath house’ where you'll have access to a sink and a shower or bath at your convenience. *** Please note: Sauna and Winter Bath experience only available October to April at an extra costs, with some exceptions *** Off-Season stays are much different. The perks of staying during the colder months (October-April) not available in the warmer seasons, is the option to enjoy a relaxing Sauna or Winter Bath surrounded by snowy mountains. During the colder months we open our chalet door located just next door to the Stuga for showers and toilet use if it's too cold outside (we still want you to enjoy yourself). As well as provide you with endless water for the convenience sink located in the Stuga. The Stuga (inspired by Swedish Summer cabins) is located right next to our chalet and is surrounded by our expanding food forest and gardens. High on an old river bank, views of the mountains are unobstructed and a small marsh below provides a refuge to all kinds of birds and animals. We joyfully share our fresh organic eggs with you as well as garden goodies when they are in season. We have a young friendly dog that will most likely ask for all your attention, so if you're not a dog person, let us know. I never want to bore people with my endless passion for permaculture, so please let me know if you're interested in a tour and it will be my absolute pleasure to show you around the property. Otherwise I will give you as much privacy as possible. Some extra goodies to look forward to is the high quality Oneka products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion) and local freshly roasted coffee. We look forward to hosting you! Other things to note If you're looking for one more experience to be had while you stay with us, I offer something I call: Soul Sessions (a form of Reiki). Relaxing and inspiring 1.5 to 2hr sessions where I channel universal energies to illuminate, align and charge your energy field and share guidance presented by your guides and higher self. Gifting you with perspective and some clarity on your current life's journey. These sessions are recommended to be booked at your time of booking to be sure I am available for you.
