Casa Teja and Casa Bella Vista are 2 separate houses located on a 2-acre estate. Both are available for rent together or individually. With majestic views of primary tropical forest and the Pacific Ocean, the property is a mere 15-minute drive to the beach and Tamarindo's succulent cuisine and active night life. It is the ideal location for those desiring a private retreat in the middle of nature. A guard lives on-site and his wife attends the house 6 days/week. The space Casa Teja is a fully-equipped 3-bedroom house, and Casa Bella Vista a fully-equipped 2-bedroom house. Both houses are nested on the same property, offering its guests ultimate privacy. The 2 houses can be accessed from Casa Teja or individually through their separate accesses. The the salt water pool, sun deck and "rancho" - barbecue/pizza oven - area is situated between the 2 houses. Guest access Guests will enjoy the exclusive use of the entire property. If only one house is rented, the other house will remain empty, so nobody will be sharing the property at the same time. Other things to note Information for excursions, activities and restaurants, with phone numbers to book, is available to guests on site (a booklet in each house). There is an excellent internet access (fiber optic), but no land line - cell phone coverage is good. Casa Teja has satellite TV and DVD. Both houses are fully equipped in terms of tableware, plates, dishes and appliances. Guests can ask the housekeeper or the guard's wife to handle their laundry, and ironing for a fee. There are 2 medium-size dogs who live with the guard. They are extremely firendly with guests.
