This is a newly finished home on Great Guana Cay. Names of properties on Great Guana Cay are used as addresses. Our house is named "Pirate's Place". You will have access to the first floor only (2bd/1ba). Upon booking, we ask that you let us know the time of your arrival so we can have our key keeper meet you at the dock and take you to the house. We highly recommend making arrangements to rent a golf cart and to bring drinking water as this home recycles water to be environmentally friendly. The space This is the listing for the first floor unit ONLY. For the individual listings of the second floor (4bd, 2ba) or whole house (6bd, 3ba), please search 'Pirate's Place on Great Guana Cay - Whole House' or 'Pirate's Place on Great Guana Cay - First Floor'. Guest access Guests will have access to the first floor of the house ONLY. Each floor has separate outdoor access to each other. The first floor has 2bd/1ba. We own a boat slip at the Ocean Ridge Estate's dock which is a short walk to the house. Access to the slip is by request only and is a $50 a night additional charge. A 31' in length and 16' in width boat will fit in the slip. Other things to note Please provide us with information regarding what ferry you will be coming to the island on so we can make arrangements to have you picked up at the dock. Golf carts are the main source of transportation on the island. It is highly recommended that you make arrangements for the rental of a golf cart prior to arrival.
