A what a nice place we live sweet westmoreland. located 30 minutes outside of Negril is my tastefully furnished 2 bedroom upstairs guesthouse. Nestled outside of Westmoreland this paradise awaits you. Providing my guests with complimentary wifi, breakfast on the go, and a place to party it up outside of the city. With Negril, Montegobay and Magaritaville only 30 minutes away your able to get best of both worlds where you can get the solitude of being in the country with the flexibility of having the city in your backyard. While visiting dine like a local where you're able to buy a box food from our neighborhood chefs or ice cream from creami on sundays. Whatever you decide to do we'll make sure you'll have a true Jamaican experience. The space My house was build with you in mind. I especially designed and build this home from the ground up. New build bathrooms, baths, beds sheets and furniture all throughly planned out to provide you with an exceptional holiday. Everything found at this island oasis is brand new. We have a lovely kitchen on the second floor that is shared, their is plenty of parking space, wifi, breakfast, towels, washcloths are included. A tour guy/girl , taxi can be arranged with proper noticed for a fee. The space that is rented is the entire second floor, which is two bedrooms and one bathroom. You can enter the upstairs rental space either from inside or outside. Their is a kitchen that is available upstairs however the downstairs kitchen is shared. I do plan on getting a fridge, and stove very soon for the upstairs kitchen; as their is none available upstairs at the moment. Note please bare in mind that the downstairs kitchen bathroom are both shared space. The guest downstairs does not have any access to the upstairs space whatsoever. Their is also not pets allowed on the property at any time. This home as air conditioning in the master bedroom the other bedroom currently as a portable fan for your convenience. Guest access Guests are welcome to the kitchen, outside balcony and yard. Note please bare in mind that the downstairs kitchen bathroom are shared spca.
