Charming and quiet house, away from the urban area, but at the same time very close to downtown and the commercial area of downtown Tlaxco (5 min). We decorate our space with a mixture of modernity, nature, and minimalist lines inside the house for your comfort and outside with the country touch that the region's architecture and ecosystem give it. Our house is strategically located for your arrival and to visit the best places in the region. The space The house has a bedroom with a nice and comfortable double bed, a bathroom with a solar heater that allows you to have hot water 24 hours a day, a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, blender, basic kitchen utensils) as well as a functional dining room, a sofa bed in the living area with a 32-inch screen with internet and open TV, a high-definition sound system, Wi-Fi, covered parking for up to two cars and a garden that surrounds the entire house where you can sit and have a glass of wine while enjoying nature and its fabulous view of the park that is in front of the property. The garden has different spaces that give versatility to adapt to your tastes and lifestyle, from reading a book at the foot of a tree, playing sports in its large back space, making grilled meat, lying in a hammock or lighting the fire and enjoying the night with moon and stars. Other things to note It is a small but charming house, away from the urban area, but at the same time very close to 24-hour convenience stores (Oxxo 600 meters away). It seems far from the center and the commercial area but the reality is that it is only 5 minutes from the center of Tlaxco. We are 5 minutes from the hot air balloon take-off site, 20 minutes from the boat of faith, 30 minutes from Chignahuapan and 40 minutes from Zacatlán. Our house is strategically located for your arrival and to visit the best places in the region. You can start the day with a lamb barbecue lunch at the local hacienda (weekends only) a 10-minute walk from the property or in the comfort of your car 3 minutes away); then you can visit one of the region's magical villages such as Tlaxco, Chignahuapan or Zacatlán. Hike to the Peña del Rey from the property (book experience in advance to contact a certified guide) or have a picnic on the shores of the extensive Atlangatepec Lagoon. If you decide to stay for more than 7 days, we can schedule cleaning services for the house once a week at no additional charge for your convenience. We provide you with complimentary water, coffee, and tea for a good start to the morning or a warm evening. You can get the host's attention at any time since we live on the same property.
